You will receive the following emails:

• Order Confirmation Email: Confirms your purchase, order number, and billing information.
  
• Appointment Confirmation Email (from our booking app):
  This email contains the Google Meet link to access your lesson.
  If you purchased a multi-lesson package, this email will also include a link to schedule your remaining lessons.
  It will also contain a Reschedule button if you need to change your lesson time(s) (must be done at least 6 hours in advance).
  
• Appointment Reminder Emails:
  You will receive two reminders:
  
• A 24-hour reminder before your lesson
• An 8-hour reminder before your lesson

Both reminder emails will also include the Google Meet link and a Reschedule button.

All lessons are conducted via Google Meet.
After booking your session, you will automatically receive a Google Meet link by email, along with simple instructions for accessing your lesson.

How does Google Meet work?

• You don’t need to download anything — just click the link we email you.
• On a computer, you can join without a Google account.
• On a phone/tablet, you’ll need a Google account and the free Google Meet app.
• At lesson time, click the link, enter your name if needed, and join the session!

All coaching sessions are private and intended solely for the individual who booked the lesson. Friends, family members, or third parties are not permitted to attend, listen to, or participate in any session without prior written permission from Wise Words For Life. Unauthorized attendance may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

What if I can't join the Google Meet lesson?

• If you can't join: Try refreshing your browser and clicking the link again.
  
• If you see "Ask to Join": Make sure you click the button and wait — I will admit you into the meeting.
  
• If you have technical issues: Check that your microphone, camera, and internet connection are working.
  
• Still can't connect? Email me immediately at info@wisewordsforlife.com and we will reschedule your session if necessary.
  
  

We do not allow cancellations and refunds for booked lessons.
However, you may reschedule your coaching session up to 6 hours before your scheduled time by clicking the Reschedule button in your confirmation or reminder emails.

Yes! You can reschedule your session up to 6 hours before the appointment.
Simply use the Reschedule link/button included in your:

• Order confirmation email
• Appointment confirmation email
• 24-hour reminder email
• 8-hour reminder email
  

No reschedules are allowed within 6 hours of the session start time.

If you miss your lesson and did not reschedule within 6 hours ahead of the start time, the session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

1. Check your device

• Use a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
• Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

2. Review your emails

• Find your Appointment Confirmation Email — it contains your Google Meet link.
  
  

3. Google Meet Access

• On a computer: You can join without a Google account. Just click the link and enter your name if asked.
  
• On a phone/tablet: Install the free Google Meet app and sign in with a Google account.
  

4. At the lesson time

• Click your Google Meet link a few minutes early.
  
• If prompted, click "Ask to Join" and wait for me to admit you.
  
• Check that your camera and microphone are enabled.
  

5. Need to reschedule?

• If it’s more than 6 hours before your lesson, click the Reschedule button in your emails we have sent you.
  
• No reschedules allowed within 6 hours of your session.
  

6. Trouble joining?

• Refresh your browser or reopen the app.
  
• Check your internet connection, microphone, and camera.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, online courses, or digital downloads.

If you experience technical difficulties caused by our system (not your device or internet connection), please contact us.
We will work to resolve the issue within 48–72 hours.

If the problem is on our end and cannot be fixed, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
